About Food

The Food Glorious

Breakfast at Elindale House is simply a lovely experience, it is usually served between 7am and 8.30am. The dining table is a great space to have your breakfast, the menu offers you a tasty selection of traditional crispy bacon and organic eggs cooked however you like them, to light and fluffy omelette.

Our signature dish gives you Blueberry pancakes with maple syrup. Its Nanna’s recipe and sorry we cannot give it out. Kim will even do the Blueberry pancakes as a gluten free option if you let her know beforehand. Of course we offer tasty food for the vegetarian, vegan, gluten free or celiac, like Avocado stack, with light cottage cheese, with avocado & chips of sun dried tomatoes with a poached egg. Many options are on offer & any special dietary request we will only be too happy to make available if notify in advance.

By prior arrangement for those who have to get off really really early we can put some nice selection of fruits and cereals and yogurt in your room with juice. Coffee and Tea is already in your room.

Eating in Lismore

We consider ourselves real foodies and we love to go out to eat. You can choose to eat in at Elindale House. We offer two courses and free glass of wine for $35. We enjoy cooking simple home cook food, BBQ chicken, pork & steak with a variety of salads. Slow cooked Lamb or Crispy Skin Pork bake dinners with plenty of fresh vegetables. For the vegetarian we have a delicious salad with crumb mushrooms or satay sauce with rice & vegetables. Homemade Quiche & Lasagna with side salad are also a favorite. I love making the desserts & they are all homemade, our house favorite is my caramel pie with banana, fresh cream, top with fresh passionfruit & our apple pie with fresh whipped cream or ice cream. Your dinner can be served in the dining room or served in the comfort of your own room. Any special requests please make available in advance.
